Good morning,
I’m trying to do Lesson 2 and it wants me to mark Lesson 1 complete before I can open Lesson 2. I thought we are not suppose to ‘complete’ the lessons if we are wanting to sit for the exam? My understanding of this is so we can get our CEU’s for this course. I plan on taking the exam in the Spring. Am I understanding this correctly?…[Read more] -

Hello Michael,
I know when I’ve had similar obstacles, I make sure all communication is in writing and not phone calls because it gets shoved under the carpet. If things escalate and management is broken down, I usually file a grievance in the hospital or facility and if a family wants to go further I make them aware of CDPH grievances.
