I’ve been looking at portable locking file boxes but so many of the reviews say the locks are worthless, so I was hoping someone might have a rec.

I agree, I don’t know your background either and your response was vague in nature. I went into the exam as a Professional Health Care Professional. It turned out much better than just as an Advocate. As a nurse told me, the exam doesn’t really test knowledge but rathjer how to handle various scenarios.

It is my understanding you can use any locking file box when transporting records. You can lock it in your trunk. If you don’t have a trunk, you should make sure it is out of sight. (Please correct me if you have any conflicting info.) I would suggest getting the least expensive locking file box you can find!
