If she has an iphone, maybe have her use facetime on her cell to allow you to see and hear the provider as well. If she doesn’t have this capability then maybe you can still have her call and put you on speaker phone to hear. Not ideal but just trying to think outside the box.

Personally, I will not find private caregivers for clients. I only recommend agencies.
