Just to be informative here 🙂 There are no more rooms available at the Westin (the venue for the conference). There is a handful of rooms left at the Marriott, and discounted pricing for ICOPA attendees ends on April 12.

Is your client the one with the language barrier or the health care staff?
Also, it’s helpful to get a health care worker who is Puerto Rican and speaks that kind of Spanish. (Un boriqua is the word they commonly use for themselves.)

I have several clients who would have lost coverage during the Public Health Emergency and were sparred…..we have been using this time to explore their other options so that when it does happen, they do not feel blind-sided and know what their options will be at that time.
