Yes, I transport my clients who can safely get in/out of my vehicle with little help; i.e. a walker. I choose not to transport clients that use wheelchairs and would require more ‘hands-on’ assistance. I am commercially insured with my auto insurance to provide this service. If she has an iphone, maybe have her use facetime on her cell to allow you to see and hear the provider as well. If she doesn’t have this capability then maybe you can still have her call and put you on speaker phone to hear. Not ideal but just trying to think outside the box.
