The first AdvoConnection Business Institute is behind us – a grand learning time was had by all. During the conference, the establishment of the H. Kenneth Schueler Patient Advocacy Compass Award was announced by our “mystery” keynote speaker – Alexandra Schueler, Ken’s daughter.
