How to Cancel Your Membership

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Click the “Manage Your Account” button.
- Scroll down to the “Personal Account Information” section.
- Click on “Subscriptions.”
- If you’re on a recurring subscription plan, you’ll see a “Cancel” link — click it to complete the cancellation.

Please note our refund policy, which you can find on the main APHA website:
We will refund 50% of dues for NEW memberships, if you make your refund request within 10 business days of your dues payment. After 10 business days, we are unable to provide a refund.
For auto-renewing memberships, you must cancel your membership PRIOR to your renewal date to avoid being charged. We are unable to offer refunds once payment has processed.
You can find your renewal date and manage your membership from your membership dashboard, by linking to Manage Your Account > scroll down to your Personal Account Information and choose Subscriptions.
