How to Cancel Your Membership

We hope no one ever finds this page!

We don’t want anyone to leave. We hope to populate the world with well trained, and profession-involved advocates and care managers.

But if you want more information about cancellation, here is what you need to know:

We do have a refund policy, which is made public on the main APHA website.  See under Dues, Feeds, Upgrades & Renewals, letter P. It states:

We will refund 50% of your dues if you make your refund request within 30 days of your dues payment. After 30 days, we provide no refunds.

If we make the refund through Stripe, we will charge a $5 service fee for PACE memberships and $10 for Premium).  If we must make the refund via check, there will be a $15 service fee.
