Starting an advocacy or care management practice means you must develop business skills to support your advocacy skills. Without business skills and application, your new business will fail!

The financial basics taught in this course will show you how to give your new practice a strong foundation through proper planning. You will create start-up and first year budgets, learn about the role of cash flow, and will do the math to figure out how much it will cost to launch your new business (to capitalize it), improving the chances your practice will succeed.
