The specific marketing strategies on public relations, creative ideas on developing and defining your brand and the wonderful resource list at the end of the book are just a few reasons why I love and recommend this book.         While the information in the book is basic - good for someone with no business experience - it also lays out a concrete path of 'must do' tasks for anyone starting a private healthcare advocate business and keeps you on track.           This book is well written, well organized, and contains valuable information for businesses in this field.
